The Energy and Water Ombudsman’s received more than 15-thousand complaints in the past financial year.
Sixty-nine complaints were from the Mildura region in the past financial year.
That was compared to 109 complaints made in the previous 12 months in the Local Government Area.

Many of the issues were for high water, gas and energy bills.
Swan Hill recorded 27 complaints for the 2022-23 year.
