Police are appealing for public assistance to locate Christopher Camin.
The 36-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to an alleged kidnapping where a woman known to Camin was locked inside a vehicle against her will.
Camin is about 170 cm tall with a medium build, brown eyes, dark hair and a fair complexion.

He is known to frequent Mildura and often travels on a E-bike
