A local group that works with locals with disabilities has celebrated its 70th birthday.
The Christie Centre started in Mildura back in December 1954 with seven participants and one instructor.
It now boasts over one-hundred staff helping more than 150 participants.

An open day was held at the local facility on the weekend, allowing residents to see what it’s about and also look at some memories, but also taking in memories from the past seven decades.
