Major Collision Investigation Unit have charged a woman following a fatal collision in Merbein earlier in the month.
It is alleged that a truck collided with a car near the intersection of Main Avenue South and Fifth Street about 2.30pm on Thursday April 4th.
The passenger of the car, a 24-year-old woman who was a South Korean national, died at the scene.

The truck driver, a 50-year-old Mildura man, was taken to hospital for observation.
The driver of the car, a 30-year-old woman, has been charged with dangerous driving cause death and fail to stop at a stop sign.
She was bailed to appear before Mildura Magistrates’ Court next week.
