Changes to garbage collection

There will be changes to garbage collection on both sides of the Murray River over the Christmas/New Year period.

Mildura Rural City Council:

There will be no kerbside bin collections on Christmas Day (Monday 25 December) or New Year’s Day (Monday 1 January).

Instead, bins will be emptied on Wednesday 27 December 2023 and Wednesday 3 January 2024.

If these changes apply to you, please remember to put your bins out on Tuesday night, ready for collection on Wednesday.

Wentworth Shire Council:

Wentworth/Pomona, normally Monday 25^th and Monday 1^st will now be collected on Tuesday 26^th and Tuesday 2^nd.

Boeill Creek/Coomealla/Curlwaa, normally Tuesday 26^th and Tuesday 2^nd will now be collected on Wednesday 27^th and Wednesday 3^rd.

Buronga/Gol Gol, normally Wednesday 27^th and Wednesday 3^rd will now be collected on Thursday 28^th and Thursday 4^th.
