On ANZAC Day, Saturday, a 43-year-old male was caught by Mildura police driving without a seatbelt, on 3 wheels with a tyre and 1 without, and 3 times over the legal alcohol limit.
The driver has also been charged with disqualified driving.
He will face the Magistrate Court in August for his alleged actions.
