Wentworth Shire Council has advised the community that contractors will be undertaking bitumen sealing works on the Pooncarie Road, from the Wentworth Tip to Darling View Road today, Thursday 12 June 2025 between 7.30am and 4pm.
Motorists should expect significant delays of up to 30 minutes.
Council is encouraging the use of alternative detours via Fletchers Lake Road where possible.
