Mildura Rural City Council are changing when they empty yellow and red kerbside bins in some residential areas, starting 1 July 2024.
This change will affect around 1,100 residential addresses located between:
Eleventh Street and River Boulevard and Etiwanda Avenue and Cowra Avenue.
Eleventh Street with sections along Twelfth and Thirteenth Streets between Etiwanda Avenue and Deakin Avenue
Residents along Cowra Avenue between Sixteenth Street and Fifteenth Street and areas of South Benetook, East Twentieth Street, and Coorong Avenue.
The change comes into effect from the first collection date in July 2024.
The changes have been made to accommodate collection of the new purple lidded bins, which begin to be collected on Monday.
Residents and businesses in these areas are encouraged to visit www.mildura.vic.gov.au/myneighbourhood to check their new bin collection dates and download the latest collection calendars from 1 July 2024.
