Applications close on Monday, 6 July 2026, for the Australia Post Community Grant Program.
Grants of up to $10,000 are available for locally led projects that help people meaningfully connect and improve mental wellbeing in their community.
This year, Australia Post are offering up to $250,000 in additional funding for projects that build resilience in disaster-impacted communities.
