Police have arrested a man following a pursuit in Mildura last night.
It is alleged a man drove a white utility to Deakin Avenue about 8.30pm and deliberately crashed into a parked marked police car and drove off.
A short time later it is alleged the same vehicle was involved in a collision with another car near a service station on Deakin Avenue.
Again the Ute drove off.
Police quickly located the Ute but the driver refused to pull over for police.
The Ute was followed until it crashed into a tree off Ontario Avenue.
A 41-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
