A man has been arrested over an alleged attempted armed robbery in Mildura.
Police have been told three people forced their way into a Hornsey Park home in the early hours of last Tuesday, demanding cash from the resident before taking off.
Officers say the offenders returned late Tuesday night, making further demands before leaving, but a shot was fire.

No-one was injured in the incident.
The Special Operations Group and other specialist officers from Melbourne were called in to help arrested the alleged offender.
A 27-year-old man is due in court today charged with several offences including aggravated home invasion and armed robbery.
