Air force cadets and school students were among those taking part in services.

Yesterday marked the 109th anniversary of the landing at Gallipoli.

Meanwhile, Mildura MP Jade Benham says it’s been an honour to lay a wreath in France during an Anzac Day service.

The Nationals member is in Villers-Bretonneux for the commemoration, taking to social media saying there are no words to describe the emotion she felt at the service.

She’s also in the French province to mark the 40th anniversary of the sister-city relationship with Robinvale.
