Swan Hill Rural City Council has announced three aged care service providers that have been approved to take over its in home aged and community based services.
The council announced last year it was moving away from the services from the end of May with the Federal Government introducing a Support at Home program.
The Federal Government has approved several providers to move into the space; Uniting AgeWell, Northern District Community Health Services and Swan Hill District Health.

The council says it’ll continue to support its team with every option available in the sector.
