On Sunday the 20th of July, just after midnight, a vehicle was detected travelling 88km/h in a 50km/h zone in Swan Hill.
Upon intercept, it was found that the driver held a NSW Learner Permit and was unaccompanied at the time of driving.
His car was impounded.

This is the second vehicle within the week that has been impounded, after another learner driver was also found driving unaccompanied.
