The Melbourne Runabout and Speedboat Club (MRSBC) has announced the inaugural 2025 Sunraysia Spectacular, set to take place from October 17th to 19th, 2025 at the Mildura Ski Club.
This major event is anticipated to become a flagship annual race meeting for Victoria’s northwest.
Organisers say the 2025 Sunraysia Spectacular will feature three days of action-packed racing, showcasing some of the fastest and most spectacular powerboats in the country.
With up to 80 boats across multiple classes, this event will cater to all levels of competition, from junior development to elite national- level racing.
The event is strategically timed to support tourism in the shoulder season, attracting competitors, their crews, and families from across Victoria, South Australia, and New South Wales.
The local economy stands to benefit significantly, with strong demand expected for accommodation, dining, and retail over the race weekend.

The 2025 Sunraysia Spectacular is being delivered in close partnership with the Mildura Ski Club, working together to create a professionally run, community-focused event.
