The biennial Mildura Corroboree event will take place from 5.30pm today at Rio Vista Park.
It is a free celebration of the history, culture and achievements of local First Nations people.
In a change of format, this year’s Corroboree will feature a dance competition, with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists and artisans to host market stalls.

The event is expected to continue through to 10:00pm.
