Sunraysia Drag Racing Association say they will be pleased to show off their brand-new access way from the front ticket booth through to the spectator area.
Earlier this year, SDRA was successful in receiving a Recreation Assistance Grant from Mildura Rural City Council, which helped them improve accessibility for spectators at Davison Ford Sunset Strip.
SDRA says if you’ve entered through this area previously, you’ll understand that the old carpet path wasn’t exactly what you’d call up to scratch.
The local motorsport organisation has also given a huge thank you goes to B&S Earthworks for the exceptional quality job, and to FWG Concrete for supplying the concrete and helping make the project happen.
This weekend the site will hold the Junior Nationals, and next weekend ANDRA Round 3 Sportsman Series.
