Less than 1% of eligible Australians currently get a heart health check, despite heart disease being the leading cause of death, both nationally and here in our region.

By taking part, you’ll receive your own heart health check and a better understanding of your risk to heart disease, while also contributing to research that could help shape a new, more accessible model of care for rural communities.
