On Sunday 26 April about 11.30pm, police reported a 35-year-old man from Glossop.
It will be alleged that he drove a motor vehicle on Industry Road, Renmark when he returned a positive breath test result of 0.05.
His vehicle was impounded, and he will be summonsed to appear at Berri Magistrates Court at a later date.

Between Friday 24 April and Monday 27 April, Murray Mallee Police have reported four people on separate occasions for driving with illicit substances in their system.
All drivers received three-month instant licence disqualifications and may be summonsed to appear in their respective courts at a later date.
