Works for the Jaycee Park Adventure Space are set to start soon, with one final week for locals to make their comments on the project.
Feedback is open for the design of the park until the end of this week, with mayor Ali Cupper saying then it can head to the next stage.
Originally set to be located at Nowingi Place, the 2022 Murray River Flood forced Council to relocate the proposed playspace to Jaycee Park.
The project aims to deliver a regional level playspace that offers varied play and recreational opportunities for a broad range of ages, abilities and cultural backgrounds.
Council is also seeking children’s imaginative design ideas for the future playspace through a design competition.
Every child that returns a survey will go into a draw to win a prize pack that includes a family swimming voucher to Waves, a Cinema and Mildura Sports Precinct pass.
The prize draw will occur after the 16 January 2026.

Surveys need to be completed before 16 January 2026.
