Bus passengers are urged to plan for disruptions and cancellations to CDC operated bus services on Monday 16 June due to planned industrial action.
The Transport Workers’ Union has provided notice of a 24-hour work stoppage for drivers on bus routes run by CDC Victoria.
This stoppage will affect CDC routes in Melbourne, Geelong, Mildura and Ballarat where buses are expected to run less frequently, in many cases to a Sunday timetable.
On CDC routes in Geelong, Wyndham, Werribee and Altona, only school bus services will operate, with school and some public services operating in Mildura. In Ballarat no school or public bus services will operate.
Passengers are advised to check the PTV website to check if their bus routes are impacted.
