Feedback is now open on Mildura Rural City Council’s Draft Gender Equality and Preventing Family Violence Strategy.
The four-year plan aims to drive change within the Rural City Council organisation, and across the community.
It outlines three key objectives, including:
Developing a workforce that is committed to preventing family violence.
Embedding Gender Equality into everyday work through policies processes and systems.
And working with partners to create a community where people of all genders are thriving – free from discrimination and violence.

Feedback closes Monday 14 April.
