Locals were able to take advantage of the weather to have a sneaky look at the Powerhouse Place.
The site isn’t officially opened just yet, but Shippys Cafe was opened yesterday for Father’s Day, with Mildura Rural City Council saying it was also a chance for locals to look at the visitor inspiration space.
Powerhouse Place will be opened officially on Wednesday.
