Locals don’t have much time to vote for Mildura in the Victorian Top Tourism Town Award.
Mildura was announced as a finalist in this year’s awards earlier this month.
The winners are decided by vote, public voting is now open, and voters also have the chance to win ‘one perfect Melbourne weekend’ for two (valued at $1500).

Voting closes on Thursday, with the winner representing the state at the national awards.
Supercars Driver Cameron Waters has taken to social media encouraging people to vote for his hometown, saying he tries to go back as much as he can.
The winning town will go onto represent the state at the Australian awards.
