The owner of Mildura Houseboats is hoping the business will bounce back from the current flood crisis despite taking a big financial hit.
CHRIS DURBAN’s lost money in bookings between October and Christmas., reducing staff hours and having to lay off casual workers.
He’s told the herald Sun he doesn’t think he’ll be able to reopen the doors to the boats until sometime in January.
