Drop in information sessions get underway this week, as Wentworth Council moves to introduce three-bins for kerbside collection.
The new system will be underway from October 5 but the Council says the sessions around the region will allow locals to find out more about what goes in what bin.
The first will be held in Buronga on Friday afternoon from 4 pm.
