Richmond’s Robbie Tarrant has announced he’s hanging up the boots, effective immediately.
The Mildura product has played 194 AFL games for North Melbourne and the Tigers.
The 34-year-old managed just two VFL starts this year due to a chronic hip injury, and says he’s finishing up knowing he has nothing left in the tank.

He was picked by North Melbourne in the 2005 draft.
