Local sporting groups are being encouraged to apply for Victorian money to help pay for equipment, uniforms and training.
Applications are open for the Sporting Club Grants Program.
Previous recipients include the Swan Hill Little Athletics Centre that received $2,000 to upskill volunteer coaches.
The club says it’s had a positive impact on the centre.
Applications close March 15th 2023.
The Change Our Game Community Activation Grants Program is also currently open, to fund one-off community level activities to increase participation, build capability and celebrate the role of women and girls in sport and active recreation.
Grants of up to $10,000 are available to support community sport and recreation clubs or organisations.
Applications close March 6th 2023.
