Mildura and Swan Hill police are still warning drivers they’re patrolling roads as part of Operation Furlong, which is being held over the Melbourne Cup long weekend.
Swan Hill officers caught a man speeding on the Loddon VAlley Highway less than 24-hours after it was reopened due to floodwaters receding.
The 37-year-old was allegedly clocked doing 128-kilometres an hour in a one-hundred zone.
