A Walpeup woman who killed her husband is due back in the Supreme Court today to be sentenced.
Rebecca Payne was found guilty of murder over the 2020 death of husband Noel Payne, but she claimed she didn’t mean to kill him when she fed him a biscuit laced with drugs.
She told her hearing she wanted him to fall asleep.

His body was found stuffed in a freezer on their property.
