Lower Murray Water’s been reinforcing the levee at the Merbein Irrigation pump to ensure it continues to work during the floods.
The Authority’s thanked Emergency Agencies for their help in protecting its assets.
Local Police have been joined by officers from across the state in helping sandbagging the local area, while the Wentworth sandbag site’s been relocated to the car park between the jail and water treatment plant.
