Wentworth Shire Council is urging drivers to avoid floodwaters, with several roads expected to be impacted and cut off over coming weeks.
That includes a section of Renmark Road 13km from the Silver City Highway on the east side of Ten Mile Bridge.
A detour will be established for residents and users of the road.
All residents and users of Renmark Road on the western side of the Greater Anabranch of the River Darling will need to utilise the temporary detour via Anabranch Mail Road, Milpara Road and the Silver City Hwy. (View map here)
Council will increase inspection and monitoring on impacted roads.
