Member for MILDURA JADE BENHAM says the longer it takes to establish a rehabilitation and withdrawal facility, the more local lives will be at risk. MS BENHAM made an impassioned plea in PARLIAMENT to have the facility fast tracked, after the Nationals lobbied for it in 2014. She says having a facility in Mildura will allow those who might not be able to afford the expense of travelling to the city for rehab.
