Fifteen drivers have been caught speeding across Mildura over the weekend, some up to 48kmh over the speed limit.
They include a 40-year-old caught doing 88 in a 60 zone in the Mildura area, a 34-year-old Male was intercepted in the Wargan area after being detected travelling at 149kmph in a 110kmph zone and a 28-year-old Male was intercepted in the Mildura area after being detected travelling at 108kmph in a 60kmph zone. Checks revealed the man’s licence was also suspended.
Police have also warned that they will be out in force this Festive Season with a Zero Tolerance on speed, drink driving and drug driving.
