New road rules have come into effect across VICTORIA over the weekend tightening laws on using your phone while driving. Drivers on the MILDURA side of the MURRAY will need to be aware they're not allowed to touch your unmounted device at all while you’re driving or riding. It comes with the significant increase in the States road toll so far this year, 86 people have died on VICTORIAN roads, up 21 on the same time last year.
