Police believe a man found unconscious on the Murray Valley Highway may have been struck by a vehicle.
The 32-year-old was discovered by a passer-by at Lake Powell early Friday morning, and was taken to hospital in a critical condition with significant head and lower body injuries.
Investigations are to continue and anyone with information’s being urged to call Crime Stoppers.
