Mildura Police are again urging locals to make sure their bikes are locked whether they’re at home or out and about.
Officers say using a bicycle lock and securing a bike to a fixed object in a highly visible area is important when out and about.
And if possible, they’re encouraging cyclists to mark the bike and have the details recorded in case it is stolen.

Police say that can help identify the owner quickly.
