The Victorian Training Awards have been held, with a local student coming out on top.
Pearl Dunn was named Koorie Student of the Year.
Pearl graduated with a Diploma of Nursing from SuniTAFE earlier this year despite facing many challenges when she started her studies in 2020, and is now working in aged care.

Selected winners from the Victorian awards will be at the Australian Training Awards being held in Hobart in November.
