Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey

August 21, 2023 7:09 am in by

Locals may receive calls from an independent market research company over the coming weeks, inviting you to participate in the Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey.

National Field Services is conducting the survey on behalf of the State Government and Mildura Rural City Council.

Researchers will call a random selection of residents and ratepayers aged 18+ years on landline or mobile numbers to find out how you think Council has performed over the past 12 months.

Council will then use the information to help inform how we deliver services in the future.

Researchers will never ask for people by name (they don’t have names).

They will always identify as National Field Services and introduce themselves by name.

They will always say how long they expect the survey to take.

Calls will come from a number with the prefix: (03) 9977…. This may change over time but they will NOT call from a mobile number.

Calls will be made 9am-8.30pm weekdays and 9am-5pm weekends.

MRCC employees are ineligible to participate in this survey.

In some cases the researchers may ask to speak to someone in the household of a specific age range and/or gender to ensure that we get a cross-section of residents to match our demographic profile.
