Melbourne gin lovers will be able to have a taste of Mildura in the city.
Local distillery Fossey’s has officially opened its second venue on Lygon Street in Carlton.
The family-owned business opened locally as a “lifestyle business” in 2017, but owner Steve Timmis says it’s just gone from strength to strength over the years.

Located at 209 Lygon St, the blue stone venue which was once the well-loved local restaurant IL Cantuccio Restaurant, is now home to Fossey’s Distillery.
Early December they quietly but proudly had their “official open” with friends, staff from Mildura and members of the local community in attendance.
