Jaimon Lidsey has claimed the 2022 Victorian Solo Championship at Mildura’s OIympic Park Speedway over the weekend.
The Victorian Junior 250CC championship was also held on Saturday night, which saw WA’s Linkin Metcalf top score with eleven points from his four rides.
It was the club’s first outing for the new season, which saw Jaimon take the title from Justin Sedgmen.

Local riders took the top 3 places, with Jaimon Lidsey in first, Justin Sedgmen second and Cooper Riordan in third place.
NSW rider, James Pearson was fourth.
No less than six Mildura speedway riders took part in the championships on Saturday night.
