House prices across Mildura and Swan Hill have bucked a Victoria-wide trend and increased in prices over the past year.
Figures from Domain the average price of a home in Mildura was around $410,000 dollars in June, a 2.5% per cent increase.
Prices rose 15 % in Swan Hill in the same 12-months.
