House funded under the Worker Housing Project sells

A Robinvale home, built under a plan to increase affordable housing supply, has been sold to a pharmacist.

Another of the four homes in Ronald Street is under offer.

Swan Hill Rural City Council received Victorian funding under the Swan Hill Worker Housing Project.

Local MP Jade Benham says Government Minister Harriet Shing and Shadow Minister Jess Wilson have been in the region this week looking at the project, also looking at opportunities to redevelop department-owner housing.
