The challenges of providing healthcare in regional communities has been discussed during a round table meeting in Mildura this week.
Murray Primary Health Network chief Matt Jones chaired the discussions, with Federal Assistant Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Minister Emma McBride also in attendance, having been in the city for the recent Q and A broadcast.
The network says it was an opportunity for health services and community leaders to share their perspectives ahead of the Federal Budget to be handed down Tuesday May 9.
