A program for free Rapid Antigen Tests to detect COVID 19 has been widened to all Victorians.
The State Government has announced all residents will be able to collect two RAT kits for free through their local council, including Mildura and Swan Hill.
Residents can collect the packets from three service centres across the Mildura municipality, Madden, Deakin and Ouyen, as well as several libraries including Merbein, Murrayville and Red Cliffs.
