Having an east-west and north-south bike connection through Merbein is one of the key recommendations for a pedestrian and cycling plan for the town.
Mildura Rural City Council says a number of issues have been raised by locals during surveys and consultations earlier this year.
Other recommendations include a provision of crossing locations for safer crossing facilities.

Locals can have their say on the draft plan until the end of the month.
