Mildura Rural City Council is still after Expressions of Interest for someone wanting to create a new business in the foyer of the Powerhouse building on the riverfront.
Currently undergoing a multi-million dollar redevelopment, the new-look Powerhouse Precinct is scheduled to be operational by early 2023 and the city says it’s a perfect chance for someone to offer food, drinks and retail products in the area.
Expressions of interest close on November 21.
