On Saturday (July 22nd) Berri Police arrested a 54-year-old man from Renmark.
It will be alleged that the man was driving on Sixteenth Street, when Police attempted to stop him, the driver failed to stop.
He was later located at his home address where he submitted to a breath test and returned a positive reading of 0.110.

The man lost his licence on the spot for six months and his car was impounded for 28 days.
He will be summonsed to appear in the Berri Magistrates Court at a later date.
