A plot of land on Deakin Avenue could soon be developed.
A proposal has been submitted to Mildura Rural City Council to develop the lot to build a storefront with two apartments above, costing nearly one-million dollars.
Developer Roy Costa has told the Herald Sun it’ll be a welcome additional to the commercial precinct.
