A Mildura Councillor’s being taken to VCAT by the Local Government Inspectorate.
IAN ARNEY was due to face a directions hearing yesterday involving the Chief Municipal Inspector.
The Council’s released a statement saying it understands the issue relates to a matter outside IAN ARNEY’s role as a Councillor.

He’s currently on leave from council duties according to the Sunraysia Daily.
